Admit, Discharge and Transfer (ADT) Message
Appointment date and time values are passed in the PV1 segment, using the Admit Date/Time field.
Patient information, such as name, gender, address, etc. is passed in the PID segment using the associated fields.
Insurance information is passed in the IN1 segment.
